Foundation Roadmap

Protocol milestones, network upgrades, and the path from Testnet to Mainnet are tracked on the authoritative community roadmap. This page covers Foundation programs only — for anything about the chain itself, the roadmap below is the source of truth.

• Decentralization. Foundation-operated Testnet validators today; a public community validator program next.
• Research. Open questions published, then papers and fellowship cohorts.
• Transparency. Regular disclosure cadence with treasury reporting from the first period.

Dates are targets, not promises — the roadmap is updated as work lands.
