The Testnet is a test network. tZROAR has no monetary value and the network may be reset at any time. Mainnet is planned and is not live.

02 / Why it is built this way
Design choices that shape what you can build.
EVM-compatible
Existing Solidity contracts, wallets, libraries and tooling work. If it runs on an EVM chain, you can deploy it here.
Instant finality
QBFT (instant finality, final after 1 block). A transaction in a block is final; there are no reorgs to wait out.
Fast, predictable blocks
A new block roughly every 2 seconds, so interfaces and tests can rely on quick confirmation.
Open to inspect
A public explorer and RPC let anyone verify what the network is doing without asking the Foundation.

Testnet
The live test network. Open to builders now. Tokens carry no monetary value and the chain may be reset at any time.
Mainnet
The value-bearing network. It is not live. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer relating to it.
Protocol milestones and dates are tracked on the authoritative network roadmap. The Foundation does not duplicate them here.

Claim test tokens
Use the faucet for 100 tZROAR and 1000 tZUSD per 24 hours. Test tokens only; never buy or sell them.
