01 / Where the network stands today
The Zroarus Testnet is live and operated today by Foundation-run validators on Hyperledger Besu (QBFT (instant finality, final after 1 block)). That is honest centralization during the build phase — not hidden, and not permanent. The validator program below is the public path from Foundation-operated to community-run.

Delegation is not available on the Testnet. There is no staking contract to deposit into and no yield to earn — anyone asking you to delegate or stake Testnet tokens is running a scam. When delegation ships, the contract address and rules will be published here first.
